Welcome to Thompson & Co. Our kitchen runs on updated southern cooking — stone-ground cheddar grits, slow-cooked gulf shrimp, and étouffée made the right way. MLive called it "classic southern comfort." We'd just call it dinner.

Our catering and event menu draws inspiration from southern style cooking. With a focus on updated southern cuisine, country cooking, & comfort food. We can accommodate parties of up to 45 guests in our Depot Town private dining space or larger groups of up to 150 guests in Mash, our Whiskey Bar. We are able to host a wide variety of special events from business meetings, baby showers, to rehearsal dinners and everything in between.

Went to Thompson and Co. for the first time tonight. We were completely impressed with the service and the food. We enjoyed the fried okra, three meat pizza, brisket sandwich, and chocolate chess pie. I loved everything we tried. I can’t wait to go back and try some more of their menu! If this restaurant isn’t in your rotation, do yourself a favor and try it out!
Sarah and Joshua hooked us up with a gin cocktail when the seasonal gin drink was sold out. Probably one of the best drinks I've had and I loved that Sarah went above and beyond to make sure we had a drink we would enjoy. Highly recommend for the food as well. The Louisiana Shrimp appetizer is fire.
This was our first time dining here and we were blown away by each dish. The gumbo brought me right home to my southern Louisiana Dad's cooking, it was legitimately dynamite. The atmosphere was casual and there was live music playing which we adored. The in house hard cider was delicious. We can't wait to return and try more dishes & drinks.
